Where do I start. I am so impressed. It's solved so many problems of mine that I've been trying for years to sort out. First of all my skin, when you use it it feels like it's drying your skin out but don't be fooled! Once my skin is dry it's so so soft, it's never felt so damn soft in my life. I am extremely pale so any sort of blemish/discolouration shows up so bad it's hard to hide. ive had some redness and hyperpigmentation in places for a while, I've only used this three times so far and it's nearly gone. Shocked is not a strong enough word for it. I also read you can use this in your hair so I gave it a go. Lathers really well and made my hair feel so clean. I've had an issue with my hair coming out really badly everytime I wash it, tried so many different shampoos/supplements/routines and none of them made a difference. I used this on my hair for the first time this evening and barely any came out! So glad they sell these in bulk! I'm seriously considering throwing out every shower gel/shampoo I own and replacing them with this! Saved my skin and my hair in less than a week. Best purchase I've ever made

Ditch the plastic face cleanser bottles & tubes. And anyway this is better for your skin. Only a couple of strokes with a wet hand and it will lather up like magic. My last bar lasted for a WHOLE YEAR! I used it daily. My skin wasn't dry afterwards. Of course I use a face cream too.

For such a cheap product, I'm surprised at how good this soap is. I'm usually fairly picky with skincare, as I have sensitive skin and am prone to acne, but this soap has been really great. I particularly love how safe it is to use, as it has no chemicals, and doesn't contain perfume.Although it hasn't cleared up my acne, it has helped to control it, and my face feels much smoother and more hydrated after using it. Even though I've been using the bar for almost two months, it's barely reduced in size, which makes it even better value for money.The only thing which brings this soap down to 4 stars is that it ended up drying out the skin around my nose. I was able to clear this up by avoiding the centre of my face when using the soap, but I would still prefer being able to use the soap for my whole face.

I am so amazed at how well this product has cleared my acne prone skin up and it isn't drying whatsoever. I just can't believe I didn't buy this any sooner, then I could have saved myself thousands on buying all those store bought cleansers and creams for acne prone skin when all they do is dry your skin out and make acne a a viscous cycle.

Well, I usually use dudu osum, but I though,' hey, fairtrade and all that, give it a go'.The soap is all right but I used the soap every day and after a week it was all used up. (I am not a hippopotamus, so it's not my size, if that's what you are wondering...hehe)

I had high hopes for this soap but it wasn’t for me. I was suffering from really bad acne so decided to try black soap.My skin is sensitive and this broke me OUT so badly my face was red inflamed, making my problems even more worse. Luckily I was saved by using garner face wash (charcoal), witchhazel, lemon oil and aveno cream and I haven’t looked back!A shame really.Shipping: came within timeWould I buy again: Never.

this is not only a gorgeous healthy soap for skin with no chemicals at all, but is fab as a shampoo bar, leaves our hair soft and silky

I've been using this soap for a while now. I use it on my face, does not leave it feeling dry it's clearerthan it was before as I use to have a few blemishes. Also I use it to wash my scalp when I want to get rid of build up and grease. Very pleased with this item, will always buy again.
