Can be used pretty much straight out of the box
Used to rest my arm to prevent muscle fatigue post neck surgery complications. Easy to adjust to correct height for you with the Velcro fastenings. Provides good arm support. Only downside for me is that the weight of my arm pulls down on the straps and weighs my neck and head down. So I only use it towards evening when my arm pain gets generally worse. Overall recommend this product though as can pretty much use it straight out of the box.

Got this after hand surgery, if I needed to go out and about, this was just the job. The traingular bandage sling was hurting both my neck and arm! This was much better.

Okay but not great
My teen daughter said it was quite uncomfortable to wear as it’s quite thick around the neck. The foam feels quite cheap and started coming apart after two days of use. Easy to wear but felt bulky. Ordered a different one to use longer term. It’s okay for short term use

Good support , used for broken Humerus
My daugtter (age 15) broke Humerus & was not allowed to move her shoulder while bone mending . She was given an NHS foan sling , which broke after a week so we ordered this support. . This was much better as she said it felt as though it gave more support to the arm. It also has adjustable Velcro to fasten behind her neck , which makes it so much easier to take on & off when she is dressing . This was very good value for money & is doing a good job . Hope we don’t have more accidents , but would buy again if similar product needed!

Not comfy
Works as intended but not as comfortable as the part which goes around your neck is very stiff

Uncomfortable around the neck
Uncomfortable round the neck. Strap is way too wide & Velcro is scratchy. I cut it both sides to make it thinner & less bothersome. Good idea but not a good design!
