Now Foods Vitamin D-3 (1000 Iu) and K-2 (100mcg), Liposomal Spray 2 Fl Oz(Size: 2 oz)

Not sure if it works as haven't taken it for long, but tastes nice and easily absorbed in the body

I tried taking various D3 supplements before as I am borderline and have had SIBO, Dysbiosis and am intolerant to a lot of food. I struggle a bit with depression in periods and my sun-rash got a lot worse for several years since moving to the UK. I haven't noticed much difference from any of those. My friend mentioned that with functional digestive issues and coeliacs your stomach cells don't produce K2 as well which is used to absorb D3 with. After using this for 4 months i started tanning without getting any rash, and I tanned throughout the summer and didn't get massively dark, but got loads of comments of how awesome the tan itself looked. It also may be helping on general aches and wellbeing, but that is hard to tell as life always changes ;)

As Vitamin D3 needs to be combined with K2 in the absolute exact balance, this product is a great help.As it is a spray, it can be absorbed more readily under the tongue , than can be the case with pills in the digestive tract.Pills also often come with extras which many a customer does not want.It is easy and quick to take from a pocket on the move, bag or shelf. Brilliant.One proviso is that it comes with Xylotil, and I still have not looked that up to see how it might affect the body?

This taste is horrible ( for me) a weird flavour that I can't put down on anything I have ever tasted before. Not sour or bitter and also not like multivitamin-flavour, but it's simply yuck! And the taste stays in your mouth for a while. That's my opinion, if you like it good for you. Write a review so others know what YOU think, too! I woukdnt recommend unless they change the flavour.

This is a Great product and i would definitely order again, i recommend it, when sprayed it has a nice taste but the after taste is not that great at all, i normally have to take a drink afterwards, but its manageable!

Really disappointed because it had leaked so when I took the outer wrapper off there was spillage in the pack, not got a full amount of it.

Easy to use, tastes fine and as advertised

Sorry to say can’t use as the K2 is a blood thinner so can’t use.
