These dreams (which are every night, even he past week In which I have not taken 5htp) were enjoyable at first but are sometimes a little intense and in a way go against the reason I started taking them-which was to calm down in general, and these dreams, although not nightmares, are not calming. And as for the stomach pains, well it's just about worth it for me however as a note don't go for a walk straight after ingestion because the pain can be very bad then! As for the good side, although I haven't tried other anti depressant pills, they seem to work well; I recently compared all my problems to a friend as once similar to a train crash, and now they seem more like a toy train crash.
