My previous Dell Optiplex 980 crashed and burned. I saw this one and thought I'd give it a try. I compose and produce music, so the specs on it were good for me. Upon hook up I kept getting a flashing power button and the unit wouldn't start. Also, the wifi card was damaged. Luckily, I had something to use instead for wifi. After checking YouTube, about a hour later I got it going. It's really quiet! I loaded all of my plug-ins, but I haven't given it a good testing yet. So far so good though! 👍🏾

The computer worked fine for a short while and then began to shut itself off. It's basically unusable now.

No issues with the actual computer, but the mouse arrived with crucial plastic pieces broken. I reached out to the seller and received prompt service, however I was sent a completely different (wired) mouse and a much smaller mousepad than the advertised "included free" 35"x16" one. I understand promotions end and stock runs out, but it should probably be removed from the listing title/pictures because it was one of the reasons I chose this computer.

I just wanted a computer that I could play on...games, shopping, etc. This computer fit my needs 100%. I had a problem opening up the system. The alphabet was different. Instead of United States it was giving me other letters???? I called Amazon Customer service. I was disappointed that you couldn't connect with the direct seller. Amazon people couldn't help me at all. I turned off the computer and came back to it the next morning. I hit Devorak US right hand. Wrong thing..zThis time I chose just the United states button and it came to life. It runs great. The only thing I didnt understand is why Micro Soft warns me I cont have what is necessar to upgrade to windows 11??????I was surprized at that...

I didn't expect this product keep messing like it did

Always see if you are getting what you need. I failed to check for Bluetooth support (something I use a lot) and this PC did not. It was an easy fix (I bought a USB / Bluetooth dongle) and now have what I need. They also did not include much in the way of instructions and I looked my butt off for the wireless dongle for the mouse (has a place for it on mouse) turns out it is a part of the wireless keyboard setup. Otherwise I am elated. It is leaps and bounds better than my old Laptop. Again do not assume that all computers with Wifi will also have Bluetooth, or anything else for that matter. Double check and ask questions.

I am very pleased so far with my new computer and keyboard! I was skeptical to order refurbished at first but so glad I did. I got it set up relatively fast even thought I am NOT tech savvy at all. So far it is working well and very fast!! I bought the assurian extended warranty for 3 years just in case and still saved a ton :)

They use cheap hard drives known for failing:Kingfast SSD.They said couldn't help because of if warranty.
