I have really sensitive skin. I use Bare Minerals mineral powder foundation and find that the BM brushes (Laura Gellar and Smashbox brushes too) make my skin itch and feel so sore, and after make up removal my face is red. I was starting to worry I was allergic to my BM powder. Buying this brush was my last attempt to try it. I have watching tutorials from Sam on you tube, and read reviews for this brush on here, Boots and Real Techniques website and decided to try this. WOW. I am not allergic to the product, it was the inferior brushes that caused the itching and redness! This brush is so soft, I gently buffed my whole face with no product on the brush, no redness or itching. The next day I used the brush to apply the powder like a dream, it held the product within the hairs and applied evenly and did not shed any hairs! Usually I have to wipe loose hairs from my face and top, but not one hair fell out! I am a difficult to impress beauty addict, but this brush totally impressed me. I can not be without it, and was such a reasonable price. I will be buying more RT brushes. Try this brush if you use mineral powder makeup, loose powder or bronzer. You will not be disappointed.

A Real Techniques brush is always an excellent investment, and the Powder Brush is no exception. I've owned several powder brushes, such as the MAC 116, 129 and 187 brushes, EcoTools powder brush and the Sigma F30. The Real Techniques powder brush blows them all out of the water; sometimes price does NOT reflect quality! In terms of powder application, the brush disperses the powder exactly where I want it and because the head of the brush is so huge, it does it in double quick time! The bristles of the brush feel so soft and keep hold of the powder, without making your face resemble a cake. It works well with loose and pressed powders, I just love using this brush with my MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural to set my make up. It also washes and dries very well. I love Real Techniques brushes!

This brush is a LOT bigger than I expected 😂 it's still so soft and takes up a good amount of product, all of these brushes are such a good quality. I use this everyday either using my rimmel face powder or my cc face pearls, it's great for the pearls as it picks up the powder without getting the pearls themselves in the brush

Amazon yet again have delivered, I received these on the same day as I ordered, delivery was by prime and as always very efficient. To the product:- Reason for purchase - As a guy late to the party, I've entered a new world of wearing makeup to go out if i've had a hard week in the office. Rather than using my fingers to apply makeup the time has come to buy some brushes. The product comes in a retail box, meaning it would be ideal as a gift. It comes in a hassle free packaging. I bought the following:- 1 x Real Techniques Concealer Brush 1 x Real Techniques Expert Face Brush 1 x Real Techniques Powder Brush When I went to the YSL shop, instead of paying £40 per brush I was advised that these Real Techniques brushes were as good as the YSL ones. Big praise for these 'cheap' brushes. As I had no bushes I was advised to buy the above as my 'core' set. The brushes feel and look great. The metal banding across the middle screams quality. The bristles are fine but strong. I'm not an expert at these things but having tried a friends and then the ones at YSL these are really up there with the best. My friends cheap ones smudged the foundation onto my face and the concealer brush left lines. These brushes however were faultless. Even for a someone with no experience with these things, I made it look easy! To all the haters out there who are screaming that the product is fake. Please check who is selling the product. The main seller is Amazon themselves. If you buy from another seller then I'd agree that they could be fakes however could you imagine what negative press would come from Amazon direct selling counterfeit products? I think Real Techniques would be instantly on the phone to trading standards and proceeding with their legal teams! I love Real Techniques brushes, therefore had to purchase almost every one( I say almost every one, I had to pass by the eye shadow brushes and the nifty little ones as I'm not that makeup savvy!!) But I thought I may invest my money into some brushes that I do need, and I'm glad I went with Real Techniques, now as I am a beginner I found these brushes to be fantastic as they are so adaptable to product as well, one brush can be used for various things not just one product alone! And there are multiple YouTube videos with tutorials on how to use them!! Winner for a beginner! Not only are they brilliant at applying product, they look fantastic on the dresser! They pick up the product really well and they are so soft, and I have never had a problem with the hairs falling out!!

Without question the best make up brush I have ever used. The design is great for coverage. Easy to use for powder wearers. Pretty colour

Love all Real Techniques brushes! I'm not a huge user of power (only ever powder over concealer and in my T-zone) but when I do use it I usually reach for a little powder puff rather than a brush. I find that puffs ands sponges eat less product. However sometimes it can look a little cakes or in unblended - that's where this brush comes in! This is big enough to be suitable, but not overly large like some powder brushes can be. It's also nice and soft, but not too soft. It's soft enough not to irritate my sensitive skin but firm enough to actually move powder around on the face. I use this daily to buff in my powder and also on the days I'm a little heavy-handed with the blusher. A must-have for any makeup brush collection and a good brush regardless of budget.
