Does this stop skin bein oily?

It soaks in nicely it's not oil based ... I have combination skin and prone to breakouts this is really good product for oily to combination skin

I order retinoid acid and I get hyialuironoid acid. What I suposted to do.?..

Use both sister! I use retinol, then vit c, then moisturise, then this and then face oil..on a night. I only use sun cream, vit c and this in a morning
