Are the molecules bio-identical to natural forming vitamins?

No - they are not, if you look at the ingredients you will see they use forms of the nutrients that are manufactures, and not bio-identical, and not bioavailable. If you are looking for a good B complex, ensure they DO NOT use folic acid - that will block the absorption, you should look for L-Methyl Folate ( the natural form of "folic acid, and if it is the natural one they will say L-methyl folate, if it is the artificial one made in the lab it will only say folic acid, and is not just a pointless form that is not absorbed but is cheap to manufacture and sounds good on a label,but can be detrimental in blocking receptors stopping you getting any from food either!.) Also, if it has B12, look for Hydroxycobalamin or even better methylcobalamin, but NOT cyanocobalamin ( as used in these tablets), cyanacobalamin is artificial, cheap and not easily absorbed.And finally, look for D-biotin, not just "biotin", as with folic acid, D-biotin is nature identical and bioavailable,and if the ingredients had D-biotin it would say so, and if it is the cheaper, artificial, and not bioavailable biotin, it will just say "biotin" - as with these capsules.I hope this is useful.another note, in case you take any other nutirents, do check the type of nutient / suppliment, as they often come in multiple types, the natural, the nature identical, the cheap artificial that at best will do nothing, or at worst ( as with "folic acid" )will do you harm.

I wouldn't rely on the cyanocobalamin in this anyway. It will probably go right through you. Far better to get a sublingual methylcobalamin type.
