These shoes run on the narrow side. Probably between a B & C. Definitely not a D. I have a narrow foot, so they are perfect for me.

Yes, they are waterproof. I wash mine in the tub in my garage.

Q: Are they true to size?

True to size. Size 12 in almost any shoe is a little tight for me, 13's a little too roomy. I ordered 12.5 and they fit perfectly. And they are insanely comfortable!!
