Having a 8 year old Barbie fan in the house I knew this set would be a winner, she and I was both rather surprised with the size of the box compared to the contents because this is obviously great marketing with little eyes always zooming in on bigger boxes but you definitely don’t get your moneys worth in this box.Put that aside and focusing on the enjoyment of the set and she loves it. It is the first time we have even come across blow pens but they are simple enough to use and really fun she didn’t get down from the table for over an hour!Overall this could be a 5 star product but packaging drastically needs changing and the price needs to come down by at least £5

I absolutely loved blow-pens as a kid so I was excited to get these for my little girl. There’s so much Barbie hype at the moment so that was an added bonus to get her attention!So first impressions were good, the packaging was bright and colourful with the added Barbie branding. It has an age recommendation of 5+ which I assume is just because younger kids would probably struggle to use them correctly.When we opened the box, we found a variety of blowpen colours and stencils which were Barbie-themed, and some sheets of paper. As we started using the blowpens, my daughter needed a bit of assistance in getting the technique right (she’s 4.5 years old) but with practice, she quickly got the hang of it. The mess-free aspect was a huge plus for me and now I find myself reaching for them whenever she suggests painting as it’s so much easier!Overall, I’m glad we got these, it was nice to bond over something I used to do as a kid and also have it be something she was excited about. It’s also great going into the summer holidays to have something creative for her to do at home that doesn’t involve a lot of cleaning!

The Barbie set is perfect for girls over 5 years old, I'm going to give it to my 7-year-old niece for her birthday. It is a set that I recommend, it contains 8 pieces of blopens, 8 stencils. It is something she has never used before and she will surely be very happy to use this set with an amazing airbrush effect.

A lot of barbie stuff around at the moment so I knew this would be a winner with my little ones.Not loads in it, but the blo pens work well. A bit of a different crafting idea for children. Not too messy either.

☑️ As described and as advertised.☑️ Well packaged and well presented.☑️ We think that this would make a great gift idea for children or friends and family. Especially those with an interest in arts and crafts and even more so Barbie.☑️ The blow pens are an interesting idea and are similar to airbrushing.☑️ The stencils are reasonably robust and can be reused, extending the life of this product and allowing further art and craft engagement and creativity.☑️ The instructions are good, clear and easy to follow.☑️ We like the idea of the projects where you’re creating specific items. This allows those that aren’t necessarily that creative to work towards completing a goal/project.We haven’t scored this five stars, because for the price more could have been included contents wise, and the box itself is oversized, and can easily suggest to youngsters opening it that there’s gonna be more content in there to play with.

This is such a brilliant and original art set featuring Blo-pens and Barbie themed stencils. The idea is you blow and it creates a spray effect which allows you to use the stencils, they are pretty precise and creates some lovely images, you can use different coloured pens for different sections of the stencil to style your Barbie.Myself and my daughter have had a lot of fun with these, it's a well thought out set, easy to use and set up and creates some stunning effects, recommended.

I ordered this for my 7 year old. She could use it easily, and kept her busy for a while.Nice activity for creating colourful pictures. Perfect rainy for rainy days.

My 4 year old niece loves anything Barbie and is loving this set. It's a great activity for any child. The box is overly large for the contents though. A nice way to create some lovely Barbie art.
