Product is very good and after delivery installation support is best.
I brought this remote and found that the voice button and power buttons are not working. But there was a installation guide template with QR code provided. I followed the steps in the video and set up the remote. Bothr the buttons working and remote is also working properly. It is a best product.

Value for money
The media could not be loaded. I was worried about buying this as cost is extremely low compared to original remote of fire tv. But this works.While starting, it didn't work immediately. I had to switch off the fire tv device once and restart it from plug point. Then hold the home button for 10 secs if it doesn't connect immediately. It worked at second try. Great price. Quality is good.They gave a whatsApp number which has a profile photo of a girl. That was confusing as I felt it was a scam. They should change the profile photo.

Compatible remote
The remote paired easily with the tv and it works like a charm. I have also registered for 3 month free warranty. Just a small thing, the power button seems a little pressed but it is working.
