This ESWT unit is pretty decent for a home use version of what chiropractors use. It came with instructions that helped a bit. I certainly recommend watching several online videos of ESWT in general. I use it on high school athletes. Clears up sprinters Achilles tendonitis surprisingly quick. Referencing the other reviews about "what's in the box", mine came with everything in the images, including the 3 gray head covers.

If you buy this product from Amazon SA, you will lose the warranty. I used it for six weeks only, stopped working, When I asked Amazon about the Warranty, they replied no warrant on international purchase>

Just as good as a $1200 machine I have. Has variety of attachments. My other machine only had 2. Smaller and more compact. Easy to use. Highly recommend👍

I have had the shockwave treatment in my chiropractor office for 6 treatments. It really worked for my knee with reducing pain and increasing mobility. I was going to purchase 6 more treatments, however I was told about the home treatment shockwave at a much lower price, and it would be my own. And the price was right. However, it came with very little instruction, the manual was not self-explanatory. I reviewed various YouTube instruction to get more clarity on how to use. After much review on YouTube, I was able to understand the operation of the SW15. But may of the models were not the sw15, so I got the jest of it. I used it and the intensity seems to be the same as in the chiropractor office. It is a little noisy, but tolerable. I did seem to get relief after the first use. Of course, I have already had 6 bi-weekly treatments in a professional office, so not sure if that is why I feel the relief. But my main concerns are how often to use the treatment, is it every 5-7 days or 5-7 a week and the heads are not labeled. It states to use 1-4 for body, arm, leg, but it came with a head already attached. So as a first time user, I would think it would come with more detailed instructions or a number to call to speak with a live person. So my 2 stars is not so much the function, but because of the lack of information. The instructions speak more about the Sw14, an Ed use, than other body parts. SO if you are already familiar with how to use the shockwave treatment, u are good to go. And if u have never had the experience of using one professionally or home use, u are in bad luck when it comes to instructions. But as a user like myself, I did have some knowledge, I still required further clarification. So my next review will be in another month or two to let the people know how it has worked or not. I can only hope it works because shockwave has worked for me getting it from a professional office, but the price is high.
