It's big! Huge tips
Not sure what this is really used for, but it works for my purpose of using high leverage to spread a stiff cylindrical spring. You'll need HUGE or two hands to grip it. Large tips are at an odd angle so may not fit into a circlip without some correction.

Tip diameter too big
Measuring approx. 1/8" from the tip end, the diameter between the two measures between .125" and .138". This area should be .120" at most.
