Comfortable
These are very padded and comfortable, better than my previous pair as the foam cushion goes right around your wrists and protects against the pressure of the cuff and metal ring. The metal hook is also slightly more open which allows you to easily detach from the weight/bar and you don’t get kind of caught on

Weidght lifting hooks
If you have a poor grip and that is impacting how much you lift on some exercises, those hook grips are great.If you can handle the grip yourself, don't spend time with those, you're weakening your grip strength for marginal gains.

Utterly counterproductive
Deadlift straps are supposed to do two things, make sure your grip isn't the weak part of the equation, and give you some safety to boot (as if you fail on a lift you can put the bar down easily, instead of your failing hand opening and ending up with a serious gravity issue.These? Well, they're a seriously bad thought-out set.The padding around the wrist is lovely, and closes easily (but is just velcro, hence the issue I'll talk about later). Then you get the coated metal hooks in your hand, thumb to the side.You hook up the bar (simple or double grip work), and it neutralises your fingers (as they only have the angled metal of the hook to go against, with the thumb securing the grip.Problem with that is that, contrary to trad straps, it completely isolates your grip, you can't close your fist, so really the bits that pull are your wrists... and that's fine if you lift something light, but above 150kgs or so, it makes it impossible as the hook pushes against your fingers and pulls on the velcro, opening up.So frankly not just useless, but dangerous as hell to boot
