Very good deadbolt lock. I have another deadbolt from Eufy that is wifi connected and very often it doesn’t work. This one is my favorite, it works like a charm

Love our touchscreen door handle and lock. Easy to install.

We love this thing. First used one at a a hotel stay, and the best part for me was I didn't have to keep checking my pockets every time I left my room; I could just walk out knowing I could get back in no matter what. As soon as I got home I ordered one for the house. Now it's the same at home. And I can be kind of forgetful, so if I'm already in the car, I don't have to shut it down to go back in the house to get my phone or whatever (a minor convenience - but it makes me happy). And last week, my plumber came by early when I wasn't home (he's a good friend of mine - not just some random guy), so I was able to give him my code and let him in before I got home. And I haven't done this - but you can set different codes for different people, so, for example - I could've planned ahead and given the plumber his own code - and then disabled it later. Also - you can set it to auto-lock anywhere from immediately to 180 seconds after you leave the house - or manually (you push the button). Very happy with this purchase for sure...

We use this for our detached garage so it's nice to be able to unlock or lock without a key. The Yale app works great on our mobile app to allow us to lock remotely (we purchased the network module separately). I also added a routine to our Alexa app so that the door locks automatically at night. The touch screen works great and I like having a key slot as a backup.

I like the product. As with the push-button Yale Assure lock, it easy to set up once you get past the horrible instructions from Yale. I like the touchscreen device better than the push-button version, and it also can speak to you, which is kinda cool. Now that is is all set up, I'm a pretty happy camper. I have received an additional one in polished brass for my front door. Can't wait to get that sucker installed, and then the push-button brass one goes out to Habitat for Humanity. Or I could even put it on FaceBook Marketplace.

Yale Assure Lock with touchscreen is easy to install, especially if it is replacing an existing dead bolt lock. One of the features I like the most is setting the lock to automatically lock after a specified amount of time such as 30 seconds. The lock is battery operated but can be opened with an included key if desired. Another feature I like is not having to carry another key around with me. I just touch the keypad to wake it up, type in the code, and wha la, the lock opens.

I've had this lock for a few months now and so far I am pleased and have not had any issues with it. The installation process wasn't too bad for me (24 year old female) and the instructions were pretty clear. I ended up having to get my dad to help me bc the whole in the door that the deadbolt goes in wasn't deep enough. If it wasn't for that I would say count on at least 30 mins to an hour to install. If you aren't particularly handy or tech savvy, you may need a bit of help. Overall it has been great lock if you can get it installed properly.

My old community used this lock system and I ended up buying my own when I moved. Sturdy lock, medium difficulty installation for someone not well-versed. But, much easier if you used the interactive online instructions. You can get to it by scanning the QR code in the instruction booklet. Made it 100x easier. Also love that I can set it to auto lock so the door will lock itself after a few minutes if I forget.

I have boaught this product as I know the good quality of Yale Locks and have used them multiple of times earlier. However, this specific order came with no WiFi module or Bridge Included despite the product description stating that it is included. Now I am not sure what is needed to make it a smart lock? Do I need to add a Module only? or Module + Bridge?
