IAQWE Nissan 350Z 2003-2009 Gas Charged Rear Hatch Lift Support, Pack of 2

Little bit too powerful for my wingless 350z hatch lid. I need to guide the hatch up so that it doesn't slam into the internal stops in these struts, add undue stress to hinges... I am guessing that there is one aftermarket option for gas struts, some are advertised as being for winged Zs, some aren't, (this one isn't) but they are the exact same item.Not the end of the world, the price is right.Make sure you pay careful attention to the positioning of the stock brackets, it is very easy to inadvertently install these upside down.
