These are a nice soft knee pad. I got it for use on housework and stretching due to having hard flooring throughout my house.

They never feel quite right
They never feel like they are sitting on the right spot on my knee. I'm constantly readjusting them while working out. They do they're job at relieving some of the pain from kneeling on the floor though. I would probably go with slip on ones if I were to buy another pair.

The straps aren't long enough for me and pop apart when I bend down. They are uncomfortable for me.

A knee-saver
I am 84 yo and I just put down 121 bags of mulch. I couldn't have done it without these knee pads. Usually, I have to deal with sore knees, but these pads kept my knees protected and they stayed on without slipping. I recommend them.
