I don't know. I got wrong color. Residue yes. Not sticky. Not bad. I just ended up using foundation and setting spray. Did the job better. If it works for u great. Might use this for art.

Color is good but Formula stays foamy a Little too long for my liking. I think it would be better as a cream or liquid spray.
