So it does exactly as described, it is an easy to pull over on your ankles and provides basic support for doing lightweight jobs such as grass cutting, biking and just walking support. It is NOT an ankle brace and is not advertised as such. so far I have washed them several times and the elastic is still fresh so it is very durable. I have normal ankle with some slight swelling from time to time and XL fit perfectly.

Good socks for foot pain. I wore them for ankle tendonitis. It helped support my feet for all types of activities.

I cannot explain it, but after a few days of continuous wear I must say it definitely helps with my ankle pain. It helps significantly! Sleeping with it on makes a huge difference. It seems like the swelling in my tendonitis goes down during the night. I have a nagging pain in my ankle from a high sprain which I suffered over 5 years ago. Most of the time I limp it hurts so bad. After a week of wear I hardly limp at all. Yes it still hurts but only a little compared to before. Give it a try.

I purchased a size Medium for my US women’s size 7.5 feet, and the fit is perfect. I’m currently using this to manage a severe sprain and a possible foot fracture, and it provides exactly the kind of stability and compression I need. It is very easy to slide on and off, and the fact that it’s washable is a huge plus for daily wear. Highly recommend—I would definitely purchase this again.
