Got this for a recent breakout that was not responding to my normal treatments. This is a 3 part system and all 3 parts were used according to package directions. I have sensitive skin and this caused no issues. There was no objectionable fragrance. First application was with cotton pads. Don't do this. I had cotton pad debris all over my face the first time since the product is a bit sticky when applied but soaks in quickly. Just use clean fingertips and it works well. This had an 80% reduction in acne breakout in 24 hrs. and mostly gone after 2nd application. That exceeded expectation. I did both applications before bed. I did not try to layer makeup over this.My only criticism is that there is not enough volume of the stage 1 product to match what you use for stages 2 and 3. More of stage 1 should be sent in the package. The foil packets of stage 1 are not something you can seal or close up so product is wasted or spilled from the already low quantity of stage 1. There are no directions about using more or less of each stage so, you're on your own to figure out proportions.The above notwithstanding, I give it 5 stars for incredible results.

I used this for 3 days consecutively and have seen no results at all. Waste of money

The smaller product was completely empty, and the main product has a very strange consistency. It seems to be effective but the bottle was probably half full at most.Edit- it works *really* well so I added a star.

my daughter has terrible acne breakouts and the only thing that has helped was birth control and she doesnt want to be on that and i cant blame her. she has used so many different products and this one has actually helped her to the point where she was almost in tears happy with the result. i dont know whats so different in this product that makes it work better than the hundred of dollars ive spend on others but so far we are both tickled. i hope it continues to work this well.. she has large cystic acne as well as the typical white and black heads that teens get. thank you for the boost of confidence youve given my child this week!

This product seems to target people who are already in the know. Here are reasonable questions newbies to the product may have:1. How much of step 1 do I apply?2. Do I rinse off step 1, before applying step 2, or do I let it dry then apply step 2 on top?3. How much of step 2 should I apply?4. Again, do I rinse off step 2 before applying step 3?5. How much of step 3 do I apply?Lets assume we're supposed to rinse off each step before we apply the next, then a reasonable question would be... How long do we wait before we rinse off each step? Lasty, why are steps 1 and 2 considered "GIFTS?" Are they not necessary? Unfortunately, you will get zero answers. Nothing on the box, or the bottles address these questions. 2-Stars might be generous.

Three steps in this, but I found it difficult to figure out what I was meant to do at each step. The video is no help either. I used it just as I would tea tree oil, and I found it soothing, but not amazing.

It's always super hard to tell if a single product is working, and that is certainly the case with this stuff. Comes in a small bottle and the number one ingredient is alcohol ... also has tea tree oil and some other ingredients common in face cleaners and spot treatments.So far it seems to be working but it's not like some kind of miracle cure that removes all blemishes 100%. Still, seems somewhat effective

This might just be the pimple cream that actually works in just one treatment! I suggest everyone have it in hand because you can’t predict when you will need it! When I ordered it, I didn’t have any problems, but like the name suggests I had an emergency! In just one treatment the pimple reduced in size and inflammation. By the second application the pimple was gone! I just applied by hand.
