So we had one of these and it could be that my son did not put it together correctly, I now believe. We were sent a second one, and I assembled it. I paid careful attention to make sure that everything was screwed together properly. It seems to be a lot sturdier now. The thing that is absolutely awesome about this broom set, is that I was able to keep one of the lengths out. Why would I do this? I'm only five foot one. As a short person, I need brooms and broom handles that are shorter. The photos show this set up without one of the links on the pole going into the dust bin. It's absolutely amazing that I thought of this option. I'm so glad now that I have this.Because I won't be struggling with a too-long pole. This company really cares about their customers and providing a quality product. Yay XXFLOWER!!! I think I will buy more of these for other parts of the house. I love how the whole thing just stands up and tucks out of the way. How wonderful to have something like this in every room so that I can save on having to do vacuuming. I like that they come in different colors too!!!

I wanted a broom I could keep near the stove for when I'm cooking. I'm in a wheelchair or on a stool while I cook, and I tend to drop things. This set isn't tough guy strong, but it's perfect for sweeping up little bits of shredded cheese and such that make it to the floor before they get up under the stove or rolled over by the wheels of my chair. Thanks to the adjustable height, I was able to just use 2 sections of the handle on each and it's just right.

I have trouble bending down due to arthritis and when I saw this I thought why did I not think of getting an upright dustpan before now. This is a cute little unit and it works great for all those little jobs that happen frequently. So glad the beige was the lowest cost as it was the color I wanted to blend in where it did not stick out visually. It is a very attractive shade too which also made happy. It was easy to assemble and the handles are sturdy, yet the whole thing is very light weight and easy to handle. It is the size advertised and looks smaller than the picture which is a good thing as I needed this for small jobs. Having one of these makes it a lot easier to pick up stuff that falls next to or under the kitchen counter and table.

Pretty flimsy, feels cheap. Doesn’t sweep well. The bristles are not thick or sturdy enough for me. I’ve had better.

This is my favorite broom. Easy to use and assemble and easy to clean!!

It came very organized in the packing. Great basic broom for the price. It took 30 seconds to assemble. I do like that you can adjust the height, depending on how many bars you add.

This is nice, i use it alot but the handle comes off of the distpan. Its not terrible unconvince but, someone else less tolerant would be bothered

It just turned out to be incredibly inconvenient for me. I couldn't use it to collect trash. It still ended up scattered all over the place. And it broke after a month.

Easy to use and does a neat job. The handle could be longer for take people who need to bend a bit.
