Creative Playthings 12" Border Timber and Spike

I actually use this as a barrier for bike racing practice. The plastic border is very sturdy and easy to put in the ground. I was shocked at how great the customer service is. I had a question and it was answered in less than half a day. They also went above and beyond to help me with an issue I had (nothing that was wrong with the product). Very happy with my purchase!

These border timbers are great. We used them to enclose a play area in the backyard and then filled the interior with playground wood chips.The 3 year old in our household loves the play area and the wood chips stay corralled and off the lawn. The spikes that are included keep thetimbers fastened together snugly and the whole thing looks attractive. We covered the area with landscape cloth prior to filling it with woodchips and the timbers and spikes hold the cloth well. This should keep grass and weeds from growing up in the play area for the most part. Iam thinking these same timbers could be used to enclose raised garden beds also. We have hard clay soil and raised beds filled with\good dirt might be our best bet for next year.

Great product— sturdy and pieces consistent. Use for a preschool playground— no issues after several years.
