GREAT for sinus conjestion!
If you have allergies, you should try this. My hubby and I were made aware of this by a TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) doctor. It works!! A few spoonfuls and congestion is eased. It's natural so no side effects. No congestion = no snoring which means sleep for me! :)
