DISAPPOINTED
Not able to get anything to work ! This serial number doesn't work from box or the side of the scanner. See photos. The software keeps telling me that I enter wrong serial number . I've tried many combinations amd still no luck.

Did not work with cat engine.
Bought this for my Fleetwood motor home. It is a Freightliner chassis with a cat engine. The item plugged in and connected to my cell phone, but gave error and said not for this vehicle. Also would not connect to ECM . Returned to Amazon.

Wouldn't work on newer phones
You need a phone that is about 15 years old to operate this item. Makes a good paper weight if you have a newer phone.

No working App
I didn't buy this through Amazon. I have been working with IDUTEX customer support for weeks to try to get an App that will work on my Android. It has been a major waste of time. Without a working App this thing is useless and a waste of money.
