I was a little skeptical about this product because of the lack of images and details, but thanks to a video review I decided to buy it. It was by far one of the best decisions I have ever made! I bought mine to stick to my car windshield for my dvr camera because the adhesive and low end suction cups kept falling off of my windshield. I have the SJ1000 HD dvr and the universal mount works perfectly for this. It was very easy to assemble (only two screws) and even easier to install. The two ball joints allow you to position it in just about any angle or position you could imagine. It feels tough and durable since it is made out of great materials. I woudl recommend this to anyone and would definitely buy it again!

Outstanding product, as expected of RAM Mounting Systems in general. Holds a Samsung Galaxy S7 with the double-fat extra battery pack-case on it. This suction cup has stuck to the windshield and handles rough roads and accidental bumps. Wish I had bought this sooner.

Every RAM product that I have purchased is solid and well designed. I will always purchase this brand for mounting electronics in my cars.

RAM mounting systems are the best. The suction cup mechanism is easy to use and holds tightly. This mount is really made for action cams and the ball and socket system makes adjusting the angle very easy. Please see my video for more details. Highly recommended!

This was the second RAM mounting product that I have purchased. I used it for mounting a video camera to the windshield while offroading. It held incredibly well and had no issues holding a camera on a rough road. They are made in the USA and are the highest quality I have see in a product of this type. Would highly recommend.
