This is a good product if your on the alkaline diet
I purchased Millet because I'm trying to eat healthier and diversify my diet. Before this I've never seen Millet so I gave it a try. I did my research beforehand of course. I expected it to fill me up and be alkalizing, which I could tell. This is a good product if your on the alkaline diet, you can tell its alkalizing. Most grains are acidifying so you can easily see a difference in taste.

Just started using millet. I let it sit in boiling water for about 5 minutes. I only take a spoonful a day.

Mushy and distasteful!
What an awful product! I don't know what they've done to this grain, but it always comes up mushy. I've tried two different cooking methods (dry-and-fluffy and moist) and it never comes out the right way. And because it's so unappealing and distasteful, you can't save it for later because when this mush gets cold it's even worse!I found that the best are Eastern European brands. They are the most natural, non-GMO grains. I just bought millet from Melvit (a Polish brand) and it's hundred times better! Luckily, there is and Eastern-European store where I live so I will never have to buy the Chimes Garden again...

I will not recommend them
Bought them to mix with rice to make rice porridge, only to realize about 10% of the millets in the bag still had shells on. Instead of throwing them away, I ended up feeding them to the birds. It's also way over-priced for what you got, like 500% more expensive.
