Pros: Pump is really quiet, flow is high, pressure is perfect. Cons: pump's adjustments are not set properly. I sent the first pump back because the instructions states that only a professional should adjust. I adjusted the second pump which alsos was not asjusted properly because am a licensed aircraft mechanic and it works perfectly. If you do not know how to adjust pressure pumps, I don't recomend this pump for you. But if you understand pressure pump adjustments, it's a great pump after you get it adjusted

Not sure what all these people are having issues with. I guarantee 95% of these people with problems have other plumbing problems. This water pump was well packaged. Looks like great quality. Came with misc adapters to fit a couple different connection types. Came with a full roll of Teflon tape. (That roll will last me years for other projects) Installed easily. Super quiet. And great pressure. Literally perfect. Couldn't ask for anything else. Thanks.

Hoped this would be better than stock unit. It seems well built. Comes with everything you will need to install in place of most original pump. Once installed and wired in, it became clear there was a problem with this pump. It would run for about 20 seconds priming, then shut down well before it was finished. Repeated on and off got it to prime but all faucets in our RV were still spitting air and water. It never got to the point where we had a full, solid stream of water. When the pump shut off, there was a constant stream of bubbles going up the intake line from the pump. Nothing I could do with the connections would stop the air leak.And it is loud. Way louder than the stock 10 yr old pump I was attempting to replace.Then... it would not shut off. Some/Most pumps will cycle every once and a while to keep line pressure. This pump would turn on, motor running quietly, for hours and never pump water. It was like it had fully cavitated.I contacted them via their email and several days later got a response that my concerns were being forwarded to the engineers. It's now a week and a half later and I get an email with some suggestions. None of which are valid solutions. So tech support is there, just very slow and by the sentence structure, not US support.I'm on the road with our RV. Getting this resolved fast was important. I made that clear in the email. And I solved the problem way before I received even their first response. The pump went back into the box and was returned for refund. Others comments about how quiet it is and how much better it works than stock might be true IF you get one that works. I'm getting more in the habit of buying 2 of stuff like this and returning the one that either didn't work or I didn't open.

When our fresh water pump didn’t work, we replaced it with this pump. I was surprised how easy it was to install and how quiet it is - much quieter than the old one. We also have better water pressure, it pumps faster than the old one.I am very happy with our purchase.

Bought pump for RV when old one died. Super easy install. Came with all parts needed to install. Only down side is that it is noisy. Surprised at the noise on first start, but after pressurized worked good.

I had a problem with my pump after 4 or 5 months, it just quit. I contacted the seller and a replacement was shipped right away, no muss, no fuss. Great customer support, I'm hoping the first one was just a bad one out of many good. It happens, time will tell.

I replaced my 22 year old rv water pump with this one. Easy replacement and works great. Quiet and pulls a 2 foot vertical prime quickly.

Works perfectly as replacement for original RV pump. The original lasted 11 years - we have yet to see how long the replacement lasts. Has faster self prime and is quieter than the original.
