These are good value for money and as someone who is trying herbal remedies to ease the symptoms of menopause, I find these do work better than most. Daytime flushes have reduced significantly but not the night ones which bother me most. Will continue to look! But not bad at all.

I got these for my mum, and she said just after the first dose her hot flushes were nowhere near as bad. After several days it was far less bothersome. Before these, she often needed the fan on in the bedroom when trying to sleep. Not anymore. It's just a pity they're so pricey.

Two set of menopause and Ashwagandha supplements. Made from a great manufacturer which I’ve been lucky enough to both buy and test from in the past. These supplements provide plenty in the pack to keep you going for a long while, easy to swallow, no weirds taste and seem to work! Clear directions for use listed on the pack and I must say if you get the hot flushes. These calm they well down :) 2 month supply for £25 is a really good buy. I would purchase again!

These capsules definitely help to some extent, but only with certain symptoms.The only one these really helped with was hot flushes as they definitely didn’t happen as often when taking theseOtherwise I saw no difference

I have used this brand before and was very pleased to get the chance to order this set of 2 essential supplements, that are so very good for helping with symptoms of the menopause.It was Aswagandha from this brand that first convinced he there is a real benefit to taking a good quality version of this supplement. It has really helped reduce my anxiety levels associate with driving. In addition, Im menopausal and have found some stabilisation of my symptoms since using the menopause supplements.I can be very skeptical about the claims of some supplements, but this is my preferred brand for these 2 products, because these has been some relief to my symptoms since using them.
