Great Handpiece
We ordered 2 of these Electric handpieces in January and they work wonderfully. After about 1 month of use, one of them stopped working. After a few emails with this manufacturer, they sent us a brand new one at no cost.

No instructions or user manual were included !
Thus far, I'm unable to use the polisher. The unit arrived without any instructions, and I haven't been able to openthe collet to install a buffing cone and I don't want to use too much force. HELP !!

Doesn't work with 220 v
Be aware. The provider and the product label claims thar it woks with 110V-220V. Got conected to a 220v power surce and the internal transformer got melted. I had to chage the internal tranformer with a new one, only works on 110 v and the potenciometer does not regulate the speed

Bought in May, handle broke in August, seller promptly replaced or, great customer service
We bought this new machine, and after a couple months of low volume use, there was a defect in the handle. The seller was great to promptly send us a new handle. We tested today and it works great. Thank you for the great customer service!
