This is exactly as advertised. Solid wood and, if you buy the bigger size, easy for older people to see as you play. Happy with the product and a fun game.

This is the second one I purchased (one each for two different house in different parts of the country). The first one is holding up well after about 5 months of use. This second one arrived in good condition and I expect it to hold up good as well

This fast track board is made out of what looks like solid pine strips finger jointed in length and then glued together. This is not nearly as stable to plywood construction would be. There is a very thin cover laminated on top of the base material which has the color layout printed on it. It has a rough clear coating with brush strokes which might be lacquer or shellac, very poor looking finish. The outside perimeter has been roughly cut on a CNC router and both it and the bottom are not sealed at all. I believe this board will have to be sanded and sealed or it will warp. The holes are not in registration with the printed layout.

I played this game at a friend's house and they purchased theirs on Etsy. Their version was much more detailed and heavy duty. This one is really flimsy but still works. The pieces are golf tees that don't quite sit in the holes so I had to cut the pointed tips off for the pegs to stay while playing the game. The directions kept calling the pegs "marbles". Which was odd and their also was a set of random dice that were not in any of the directions. Overall, it works fine for playing the game, just depends on how nice of a playing board you want. The game is really fun and is best with more players. Make sure you have a separate deck of cards for each player, those are not included in the game.

At first I didn’t order this set because of the reviews. I ordered one on another site at twice the price. The paint looked faded and the pegs didn’t fit at all! I took a chance and ordered this one from Amazon. It’s great. Pegs fit colors are vidid and it’s larger. I’m very pleased with this set.

It was ridiculously bad, I couldn't believe it.No finish, holes not centered, sharp rough cut edge, thin, soft wood, and really cheap quality for $50.

They did a good job painting the face of the board but the board is only about 1/2" thick and it appears to hve been quickly cut out with a band saw and with no sanding whatsoever to at least smooth the edges. The golf pegs bottomed out in the holes so I had to sand the points off on them. The directions weren't really correct and called the pegs, marbles. After saying all that I'll just have to say that you get what you pay for.

My lady friends and I play this game multiple times a week. The board is sturdy enough. I put felt stick on pads on the bottom, so it wouldn’t scratch my table top. But it’s a fun fun game. You have to buy your own playing cards. I placed one deck of cards with the four colored tees in a plastic bag ready for play.
