We didn't think to install a seat in my mom's zero entry shower, so I purchased this as an alternative. It looks amazing and works as intended. It's great quality, very sturdy, and comfortable. It was a little pricy, but when you see the quality, you understand why.

This is an excellent quality item. The wood is first rate, the hardware to assemble it good quality. It assembled easily, all mounting holes matched up perfectly. The rubber feet are great for protecting the shower floor from damage. This fits great in our shower, and I highly recommend it.

Our buddy finished it with teak oil and, when dry, verathane. Why doesn't the maker do that? He (I'm almost sure I'm right about that) does suggest using lots of smelly things at varied intervals. I don't know, maybe ours will wear out sooner. I'm old enough to believe it will survive me. It's lovely, and safer than the soulless collapsible plastic hospital chair it replaced.

I love this teak bench for my shower. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy and well-made. Just the right size! The variations of the colors in the wood are gorgeous. I am very happy with this bench!

I am remodeling a bathroom and I need a new handicapped shower seat. The kitchen and bath store wanted $400+ for one. This one looks far better and is less than half the price. There are cheaper options on Amazon, but I'm glad I got this one. It came well packaged and was a breeze to put together. All that was required for assembly was 8 bolts. It even came with a tool. I will see how it holds up to a daily shower. I highly recommend this bench.
