My daughter had mild hip dysplasia and requires a Wheaton (Pavlik) harness. To prevent chaffing and irritation around her shoulders and neck we purchases a few of the long sleeve polo shirts. It works great for that purpose.The quality is excellent. We could only afford to buy 2 and these are all she wears. It's been 3 weeks with many washing (baby spit up and other such messes). They are holding up extremely well. No fraying or piles. Stains have so far come out easily with basic washing.I'm very happy with the purchases we made and I'm glad these are made. I do wish they (long sleeve polo shirts) came in more feminine colors (yellow, pink, etc...). But, you could just buy white and dye it yourself.

Bought for my 4m old. He fits in a 3-6 onesie just fine, but this particular onesie doesn't have much room to fit his head. It hurt him to put on and take off. It's not made of any stretchy material. I don't think ill be putting it on him again.But the color is nice and I got a lot of compliments.

I’m rating it 3 stars because it’s very cute and looks like the picture. Although, it runs VERY small. I’m glad I read the other reviews before deciding on which size to get. I bought size 6m for my 2 month old and it fits very snug. He’s only 10 lbs. The head hole was also very tiny and had no stretch to it. So just keep in mind when ordering and definitely size up if you have a bigger baby!

My little man is only 4 months old but long for his age; however, this onesie was still too small for his head to fit through and lengthwise. I had ordered this onesie in white and blue and the blue hasn't been delivered yet, but I'm expecting that one to be too small, too. Otherwise, good thickness and sturdy material.
