Large Waterproof Fireproof Document Bag with Lock - Important Document Organizer for Travel, 17 x 12 x 5.5" Fireproof Box for Documents

I gave this a 3 rating because I have not tested it yet. The first one I ordered didn't have a key or the reinforced bottom panel. So ordered a second one and returned the first after I received the second one. The second one came and the bag it was in was not sealed so I have to assume I got a returned one. It also did not come with a key nor the reinforced bottom panel. I understand it does not need a key to operate, but if an item has a keyhole I would expect to get a key with it. The reinforced bottom panel would be nice as well. I will try one more time to get a complete unit, then I guess I will purchase a different brand.

Of course I haven't been able to test this bag in a fire, but it comes with a higher temperature threshold than other brands. There aren't a lot of reviews on this fireproof bag, but it's only been out on the marked for a month. What I really like about this fireproof bag is that it holds its shape. Other product makers sell floppy bags that don't hold their shape unless they are packed full with stuff. So I prefer this one.If my house catches fire in the future, I'll write back and let you know how this bag performed :-)

Definitely reassuring that it’s fire and waterproof. Also easy to grab fast in an emergency. But the lock doesn’t work on mine and won’t reset or lock. Still, knowing important stuff is safe is reassuring.
