Good value, working great for me, but some things to know!
I have a lot of experience with Windows PCs. I have had this computer for about four weeks now. This is a good value for the price. This is not the ultimate gamer PC, although it will play most games on their lowest video settings. (I have played StarCraft II and Diablo III, and it works fine at the lowest video settings, so you don't get all the graphics, but the games will play). If you plan to play games with this, either plan to add a good video card, or buy a different PC. I bought this as an inexpensive family computer to project to a flat screen and move toward cutting off the cable TV company. For that, or as a business PC, it is a great value. It will project up to 1080p, as is. The processor alone is almost worth the price of this PC. That is why I give 5 stars, even though there are short comings. I only paid $356 bucks for this, and it is working great. Everything about mine seemed new except the DVD drive. There was dust on the DVD tray, but I saw no other dust internally. There is room to add the few things which need to be added. I have mine hooked up to a 55 in 4K TV. Some other reviews expressed concern this computer does not have an HDMI port. That was no problem. It has a DVI (Display Port) port. HDMI and DVI are practically the same from my point of view. I bought a DVI to HDMI cable on Amazon for 6.99 and it works perfectly for both audio and high quality video when plugged into the HDMI port on my TV. I also added two USB 3.0 ports by installing an expansion card I got for 16.99 on Amazon. So the lack of USB 3.0 on this computer is really only a $16.99 problem. (should have got a 3.1 card instead for $20 - live and learn) Same with lack of WiFi. It has 10 USB ports so I just got a USB 802.11 AC wireless stick, and it is working lightning fast (clocked 117.3 MB/sec. download speed - Spectrum) even plugged into a USB 2.0 slot. I think that was only $16.99 too so again, no big deal. Also had to add Bluetooth. Got a got a USB Bluetooth 4.0 adapter for $5 at Frys Electronics. I also added a wireless keyboard and mouse, although it did come with a, ok-to-fair quality, USB keyboard and mouse already. There are 4 slots for memory. Mine came with four 4 GB sticks to total 16 GB which is working fine for me. This will expand to a max of 32 GB, but you would need to buy 4 8GB sticks, and that is expensive, so I am staying at 16 GB RAM for now. The case is decent. No tools are required to open the case. It has a lever and the top comes right off. No tools were needed to add the USB 3.0 card because there was just a lever you flip and the metal cover comes off the slot and you put the card in. I added a video card: ZOTAC GeForce GT 730 4GB DDR5 64-bit PCI Express, which was $70 on amazon) (All expansion cards must be low profile as the case is thin) The video card is working great, and the graphics are now excellent on StarCraft II and Diablo III. Finally, I added a 500GB 2.5" SDD. It fits into an internal 3.5 in bay, but you do need the $5 mounting bracket. There is an existing power cable plug right there at the internal 3.5" bay. Had to buy the data cable, there are 2 empty slots to plug in data cables. (does not look to me like the power supply is upgradable, it is built into the case - but I could be wrong here) I cloned the system onto the new SSD, then changed the boot order so it boots from the SSD. Now this thing is really fast. Windows loads in 24 seconds from cold start. PC Matic (which I highly recommend) rates it at top 22% in world (after adding the video card and SSD). Before the SSD, but after adding the video card, it ranked top 36% so the SSD made a big difference.

Surprised but well surprised
This device is a machine. A business machine. If you do 3d dev or late game it's not what you need. I fitted a gt610 from gigabyte (needed at least 16A on 12V rail, the HE power supply has it). I plan to replace the mechanic HDD by a ssd soon.2x8 Gb memory setup.K and mouse includedWell packedVery clean inside and outsideThe consumer service is very responsive and ready to meet you expectations.I recommend but be wise and check elsewhere too for best bargain, they are open to price match too

Well worth the money.
The computer arrived promptly and was well-packaged. It was EXTREMELY clean. While it is a refurbished machine, I had to look hard at it to see signs of previous use. All I found was a single little scuff mark on the corner. Other than that the system was immaculate. However, several buttons off of the number pad of the keyboard popped off during transit. While I was able to safely reattach most of them the "delete" key suffered some damage. It works but doesn't rise up as much as it should. The mouse was in perfect condition. Both the keyboard and mouse were brand-new in the box.I didn't buy this system for either the keyboard or the mouse, however, so I'm not taking points off for the keyboard being damaged during shipping. Even if I had, these things happen on occasion when you purchase a computer. For the price I am not going to complain about the keyboard. I had a better quality one that I prefer anyway so both the keyboard and mouse that came with the system were going to be kept as spares.Note that the computer does NOT come with a monitor. For this price, you receive the computer, a mouse and a keyboard--that is all. This system came with a clean "refurbished" install of Windows 10. The Product Key sticker specifies that it is for refurbished PCs. It takes a while to boot up so plan to wait a bit when you turn it on. After it boots, however, the system runs like a dream! I do a lot of multitasking so I purchased this system in hopes that it could handle the load better than my previous computer. I have not been disappointed. It has taken everything I have thrown at it so far and kept going--and I have deliberately used it hard to test the machine. This is a wonderful computer for the price. While it might be an older, refurbished system, it has much better specs than you can find in new systems at a similar price point. In fact, I paid several hundred dollars more not too long ago for a system that wasn't half as powerful as this one.If you want to purchase a quality desktop computer on a budget, you cannot go wrong with this system. It is well worth the money.

Great value, no issues, came as expected.
Machine came in great condition exactly as I expected. It does ship with a keyboard and mouse, which were basic and served fine for the purpose of getting the machine up and running so I could remote in from my laptop. I am using this as a server so it works great and is performing well - for a great price. Most of the reviews on here are from people trying to get a brand new top of the line desktop personal computer or gaming rig for cheap. Having been in the technology space for my entire life, I can tell you that you get what you pay for. If you want a top of the line personal computing experience or a gaming laptop - buy a new setup from the manufacturer or have a friend build you something from scratch.
