We all know the vastly more expensive product upon which this is based, and that brand will go to lengths to try and say that alternatives and copies are inferior or even ‘dangerous’. It’s such hokey. A weight is a weight, it’s not like ingesting black market meds. And the weights are great. The mechanism to slide the weights on and off works, the barbell is good. The only slight niggle is that there is a small space and therefore some movement (it is not considerable and it doesn’t affect function) between the barbell and the weight holder a attachment. You can wedge in a very slim piece of rubber if you wish.I contacted the seller and they were responsive and professionally. So for people considering this product but who are slightly cautious - don’t be, it’s all good.
