Are the soles slippery, when wet?

Not at all , they grip well in rain on paved surfaces when wet . I can see where they would be slippery in lawn areas when whet though .

Is the photo for the Dark Tan Leather color, accurate?

I think it’s pretty accurate. Maybe the actual show is a tad lighter (like less red in the brown color).

Hold up well in light rain , will fail in heavy downpours.

Will these set off TSA airport metal detectors at security?
