Or too small for my German shepherds paws. But the quality was really super good had they had a larger size I would have gotten the larger size for my dogs paws.

My dog is 38lbs. I ordered a size M/2.2". The top half is a sock which is really tight and a little hard to get on. The bottom half is a polyester shoe like material. Her paws don't quite fill the bottom of the shoe part. I can't speak for my dog so i don't know if they feel warm to her or not. I can say the sock part doesn't stetch but they are slightly thick. While on her paws, she walked weird in the house but better outside. Slipped off a couple times outside but i put them back on. As advertised, they're not winter/snow shoes but i use them for that, for now. I walk her 3 times a day. The shoe/sock has held up so far. Not too bad in light snow but the sock part is not water resistant, obviously. They'll remain wet and she slips on icey parts of the snow. However, when we get home from the walk, her feet are in good shape. They're dry and not cut up or bruised from the winter weather and salt which is the most important part. Overall, she tolerates them well. I would recommend.

These put me in mind of those chemical gloves used when dealing with things you don’t want exposure to. I had to peel them apart, (which wasn’t an issue but spoke to how the grip is) and they seemed very much water repellent in every area except for the socks at the upper portion. Seemed to me that the rain would soak the sock portion which would then leak down into the lower portion of the boot. In my opinion, that one simple flaw would prevent these from being even adequate as a rain boot for our babies. The next issue I had was the neck of the sock portion was so incredibly tiny that I couldn’t imagine how anyone could get the paw in safely and without a lot of struggle. It’s rough and extremely tiny opening of the sock mouth makes this set of rain shoes a failure in my opinion. The idea is awesome, but it still needs some tweaking to be viable to most four legged babies to be comfortable and secure in.No, I would not recommend these rain boots to anyone.

These did work for my senior dog however, her back paws are slightly larger and the socks did not stay up. The socks did work on her front paws; however, when I wasn't looking she chewed the velcro straps off and pulled one sock off or it came off. I'm disappointed because I thought she liked them. She did walk much better on our hardwood floors with them on so they do work. They definitely worked better than the other 2 types I've tried from our local pet store. The velcro straps are a great idea for keeping the socks up. And, the all around anti slip material also a great idea. I'm sorry she chewed the straps off but I think I'll try to re-attach them and try again. I do have the extra 2 since her back paws didn't fit them. So, I'll put them on her again but keep her in sight so she doesn't chew them off again. Not sure why she did that because she didn't seem to be bothered by them. Great for arthritic senior dogs who have trouble on hard wood floors.

My Brussels Griffon likes to linger a bit in the yard, enjoying the breeze and smells. But when it's very cold out and there's a little snow on the ground, his extended time outside leads to heat loss through his paws and he will finally stop with paws lifted, expecting to be rescued. The addition of these paw protectors gives him enough insulation that he wont freeze up before he gets his business done. With some extra effort fitting protectors on paws and securing velcro, they will stay on for moderate activity. Extended walks might require paw protectors to be re-secured by pulling them up some and resetting the velcro.

I have a 14 year old terrier mix that I worry about slipping indoors and I was trying to prepare for any snow since last time the snow stuck to her hair in clumps. These were easy enough to get on her feet and she didn't dislike them completely. But she had very little traction inside. Worse than without the shoes. Outside she stillbgets the zoomies and these slipped off even when I had them stretched to the top as much as possible and with the Velcro looped around to hold in place. I don't think we'll be using these much. I'm concerned about hot cement too since these are very thin.

My husky mix loves the snow but hates the snow between her toes, these socks work perfectly for her. Although they are slippery in slush, they are not slippery on linoleum floors and in the snow. Even though she is tall and has big paws(W2.5 L3.5) the XL fits perfectly and is actually tall enough to go over her "wrists and heals". She has so far only worn them once, so the durability has not been tested quite yet. They stay on well, as you can see in the photos she likes to jump and run, and they did not fall off while playing fetch. Great product for the price.Update: They are great indoors, good in mild weather, but, if the weather gets below freezing the rubber of the socks gets hard and becomes very slippery. She still loves them but needs boots with traction on the very cold days so she doesn't slip.

These stayed on while we hiked through the woods. Only came off when he was playing with another dog, which is understandable.

Although we followed the sizing guidelines, the product did not fit our dog. Returns were challenging; seller gave option to return but I had to pay shipping up front, they said a reimbursement of up to $20 would be sent. I was only credited $10 instead of the $18.98 that it cost me. Beware dealing with this seller.
