This ab roller is honestly one of the best inexpensive workout tools I’ve bought. It was easy to put together and feels solid and stable when rolling out. The wheel grips the floor well and doesn’t wobble, which makes workouts feel safe and controlled. After just a few sessions I could already feel my core working way more than regular ab exercises. Great for home workouts and doesn’t take up any space — definitely recommend if you want a serious core workout without spending a lot.

For a little machine you get a massive workout! Light weight yet sturdy. Great buy.

El material es de buena calidad, se ve justo como lo muestra la imagen promocional. El único problema es que el tubo llegó demasiado largo, queda un espacio en el que la rueda se mueve y no queda fijo. Tocará cortarlo para ajustarlo a la medida.

Little tough to put together, but once I had the handles on it's easy to use. I recommend a floor mat to protect your knees. I used it and the next immediately felt sore in a way no other ab work out ever did. It is definitely my go to ab exercise now.
