I use these on the door frame
I got these to install on either side of a door, outside of the trim but still screwed into the studs that frame the door. I use them for my Crossover Fitness bands.

Hooks are Great
The hooks work great, but get yourself some #12 lag screws and make sure you’re in studs. The idea that these wall anchors will hold up more than 20 lbs is ridiculous. I can’t even get them tight to the wall with them before they strip out.

Good so far!
I’ve used them for a couple weeks now and they’ve worked as advertised! Would be even better if they came with resistance bands, that way I wouldn’t have had to buy them separately. Overall, love them

BYO Screws!
With screws THIS weak, I wouldn't trust the anchors. But let's be honest, probably shouldn't be mounting these in drywall anyway. 🤣 I haven't even had a chance to see how well the actual hooks hold up to bearing weight.

Functional
I previously bought a set of wall mounts for my small “home gym”. I bought these smaller wall mounts to fill in the gaps so to say. They have been an awesome addition for me to choose any height with my workouts. I use them every day.

small weld but for small resistance bands should work
These seem ok. If you only plan to use 10 20 or 30 lb bands and you secure them into a stud they should do the job. The included hardware seems up to the job for that. The welds for the hook are just a small tac weld. It is not going to hold 600 lbs. I have been welding for many years and have welded plenty of engine mounts over the years for engine swaps or other small projects. I am admittedly a hobbyist welder, but I know enough to say that this is not to be trusted for heavy loads. there is enough space to run a lien and make these strong. That said if its for light band usages these should be fine. Put them in studs where you want them and don't overdo it or try to pull more than 50 or so lbs off it and it should be fine., The price for these is ok, hooks that can actually hold 600 lbs are going to cost a lot more per unit than these.
