Big and solid; easy to replace
Ordered as a replacement for a relative's identical one. Was easy to swap them out - just some screws. This thing is huge and solid. NB: the reason we had to replace the first one was that the door broke off - after probably a couple of decades of use.

It took a lickin’…..
Sturdy and attractive. Great price. My mailbox survived a major hit. I have bought a new one because I’m prissy and want it perfect. Planning to touch up this damaged one and save as backup.

Nice mailbox.
This mailbox was just recently installed so I'm not sure of its' durability yet. It seems very sturdy. I live on a country road and put up a wooden "snow plow block" so the flying snow won't ruin this nice mailbox during the winter months in Michigan. I really like the larger size, as does my mailman so they don't have to drive up to the house when I have a package delivered. Most reasonably sized packages fit inside without a problem and it's big enough that magazines and large manila envelopes lay flat and don't get folded. And, the mailbox is attractive! I used bright yellow nail polish to paint my house number on the door. It worked great and will last a long time.

Looks good but wobbly
Overall a good looking mailbox with some faults. First when you spend $200 you shouldn't have to go buy a 4x4 at HomeDepot to finish the install. Yes they warn you in the description that you'll need one but the older version came with a 3ft angle iron stake so you didn't have to buy the 4x4 and this one should too. Second the plastic trim along the lower sides of the mailbox are poorly attached allowing the center sections to bow out. Just one additional attachment point in the middle would have prevented this. Finally the mail box is surprisingly wobbly when opened and closed. The whole thing is anchored in 50lbs of quickrete and all the mounting bolts are tight so it's really just the post/arm design that aren't that robust.

Very sturdy
The mailbox is very large and therefore small packages will fit. I’ve had it for several years and it has been very durable through the snow and windy conditions.

When you need it like yesterday!
Due to heavy Amazon deliveries the old mailbox fell apart. The flag broke and fell off. The latch became so loose it would open during a wind or bad weather. This larger more heavy duty box was delivered overnight by who else? Amazon of course! BIGGER, STRONGER and Good looking Mailbox! Price was fair... I'll be getting another for the other original along side this one to match.

Great quality
Great quality mailbox. It is a bit oversized, which is nice. Overall it is an excellent value for the cost. The door opens and closes smoothly

Disappointing. Need redesign.
I've owned this mailbox for 10+ years. This is the 4th door I've had to replace because it develops cracks and falls apart over time. The mail person probably pulls the door and let's it slam/bounce open, which creates stress cracks in the same place on every door I've had. The first couple times I had to reinvent the wheel to get the new door installed (my mailbox is built into a brick pillar), but replacing the door must be more common now because they make the hinge pins removable for installation. I've had this most recent door installed for maybe a month and it's already cracking. I couldn't be more disappointed since I have to spend $50 on a whole new mailbox every time because I can't find the door sold separately. I would NOT recommend buying this mailbox even though it looks nice. My situation must not be unique so I don't know why the mfr doesn't do something with th design to prevent premature failure. If I hadn't thrown in he mailbox itself out this would be going back in the box for a refund. And then I would pry the mailbox out of the brick and buy a cheap mailbox to replace it. My guess is that the doors on those last ten times longer.
