Wasn't expecting much, the taste is vile but you soon get used it. I'll only stomach the taste simply because it's made my dry skin ultra soft and hydrated within 5 days of use. I was shocked, I've had ezcema all my life. Only thing that has pretty much cured it. Plus my face is glowing and fresh. My hair feels shinier. Even my husband has noticed a big improvement in my skin. It's definitely not an anti age miracle cream but it sure brings back life back into my skin and hair.

I can't tell you whether this product has improved my skin or hair, because I'm giving up after 2 days. What you really need to know is that this is DISGUSTING. A vague hint of mango is not enough to cover the fishy taste. But that's not all. As well as a fishy taste, it has the WORST texture. It's like a thick grease or soft lard. I certainly wouldn't describe it as a gel. I have friends who use this and say they've noticed an improvement, but I'd only recommend it if you think you can tolerate a lardy fishy paste that made me physically gag.

First of all, this is not a liquid, it is a very viscous and thick type of liquid. The taste is bad but for me the issue is the texture. So I decided to mix it with a probiotic drink this morning, it takes a lot of stirring but it does eventually mix. Once mixed with the probiotic drink, I found I could not feel the texture nor the flavour, very pleased. I have bought 2 boxes as I have a fresh wound on my face so I am trying to boost collagen for quicker healing. I have only taken it for 2 days so I don't know about results yet but I wanted to post this because I thought I had to throw it away but found a way to make it way more palatable.Review updated on February 10th 2024The wound on my face has healed very quickly, the scar is actually very thin, it is just a bit bumpy as basically a flap of skin was lifted and the doctor glued it back. The collagen seemed to have helped with quick healing, but maybe it is just my amazing body doing its thing! Who knows...Besides the wound (which was th reason why I started taking this), I think I can say my face, my skin on my face looks fresher, plumpier, smoother, younger? Maybe again just me, but I am 47...just shame it is so expensive! I have been taking 3 boxes so far.

Despite the really unpleasant taste, this product actually works. In all my years of trying new products, I’ve never seen my skin transform so quickly. It’s feels softer, firmer, is more hydrated, and it glows like I’ve never seen before. If you can close your eyes to the taste I’d encourage you to just finish one packet and then decide after you see the results.

I started taking this about a year ago when trying to find something that would help with skin hair nails and everything else that was happening after the menopause ( and making the choice not to take HRT) . It's made a huge difference especially to my skin. I'm nearly 60 and Although have always cleansed toned and moisturised my skin has probably had more sun over the years than it should have . My skin looks plumper and more even toned now and I get lots of compliments about how few wrinkles I have. I feel I'm doing something to help my skin and my body and replacing something that should be there anyway but has depleted due to age and hormonal changes. It's not cheap and I feel grateful that I can afford it but I'm not high maintenance where other products are concerned so feel this is one of the things that I would continue to use . I wouldn't and have never considered having fillers or Botox or anything like that so I'm really pleased this product exists . I take it straight from the pack as it comes every morning without fail with my vitaminsand it has a pleasantish ( bit sweet for me) taste. Definitely worth it and I definitely recommend it. Have recommended to friends and they’ve also noticed a big difference in their skin

Cannot taste in morning coffee. Have been taking daily for 2 weeks now and have already seen difference in skin and nails for the better.

The product itself is really unappealing. It's a kind of thick yellow gunge that smells like something rotting and tastes similarly disgusting. It made me gag the first few days, but then I found it was better to squeeze it all into my mouth and immediately wash it down with a glass of juice or squash.Having said that, I guess I have a kind of no pain no gain type mentality and, if it actually worked, as unpleasant as it is, I would carry on taking it. However, this is where the problem lies - it doesn't work. I've finished the box (14 days) and really can't detect any change or improvement in anything at all.A little card in the box says users TEND TO see improvements after 6 WEEKS. That would mean another 2 boxes and another £68 (£102 in total) just to see if it had any effect. Even if you break it down into X amount per day, like they do, it doesn't change the fact it's expensive. If I had money to throw away, maybe I would carry on. Since I don't though, my thinking is this: you try something and, if it doesn't work, you don't buy it again.Basically, I need some sign, however small, that something is working to make me carry on spending because to do anything else seems kind of illogical to me.On the plus side and the only reason I gave it 2 stars rather than 1 is that the presentation is good.

Je prends ce produit essentiellement pour l'épiderme du visage . A mon avis très efficace .Le goût n'est pas terrible par contre . Rapport qualité/prix honnête.

Le goût est immonde. J'ai l'impression de boire du jus de poisson pourri. Je n'en ai pris qu'un seul, et même mélangé à un jus de fruit ça ne passe pas. Déçue
