Q: I just received this bag and I am having difficulty with the zippers, any suggestions or should I just return it?

I had issues with the zippers as well. I ended up just rubbing some baby oil on the zipper track to make it work better.

It’s very adjustable. Works to put on your front or as a sling backpack. No issues there. It’s an amazing bag :) highly recommended

Q: How do I change the strap?

You can change the strap if you unclip the bottom you can feed out the strap through the part that tightens.
