Love this eye drop. It is always refreshing on my eyes. I put mine in the refrigerator so when I use it, it feels much cooler when applying it to my eyes but that just my preference.

This is the best product to help with dry eyes caused by dry winter HVAC systems. The cooling effect took me by surprise the first time I used them and I wasn’t sure I liked the way it felt, but after a couple uses I found it very soothing and preferred to non-cooling drops. Relief lasts longer with these, usually around four hours. Two applications daily keeps my eyes moist and the bottle lasts about three weeks. Very happy.

Out of all the eye drops I’ve tried, these are easily some of the best. I don’t know what magic they’ve got going on, but they don’t just lubricate, they cool your eyes too, making them feel so much better than regular drops that only moisten.

I can't say that it was burning my eye like others here have experienced.But, it really scared me the first couple times I used it and I threw it out in case it's as poisonous as it feels. It feels like a melted cough drop was kept in the fridge overnight and it wraps around the eye. It's weird and scary and a "no thank you" from me.Yes, it did relieve redness and no there were no immediate negative side effects. But, I'm definitely not trusting my eyes to this product, the long term effects could be horrendous.
