Low sodium - high quality!
Love being able to buy low sodium baking powder. It works great in all recipes.

It works!
I have used this product in many dishes, and it's a lifesaver. I can have my lovely, perfectly risen cookies and biscuits, without the dangers of too much salt.

Lower sodium, but pricey for the 4 Oz. size
I wish they still had the NO SODIUM Baking Powder, but this seems to work just as well. So I gave it five generous stars. The sodium content is lower than regular baking powder but may not really be worth it (the price is high for 4 ounces) - I think it's only about 25% less sodium than regular baking powder (I forget the actual percentage). So I might look for ways to cut the sodium without spending so much for so little.

Good product bit pricey!
This was half the size but as much of the cost as the full size container however my local stores did not have any in stock and I needed some for baking. I enclosed a picture of a biscuit that I baked with it and as you can see it rose well so no complaints on how it works just the cost I also used the reduced sodium for the first time ever and I could not tell a difference in my baking nor did I compensate in the sodium ingredients. I would buy the reduced sodium baking powder again but I would not buy it from here because it is a lot more expensive will be looking out for it at my local stores.

Low sodium baking powder is a must in our home. It's a little pricey but it's great quality & impossible to find in our stores. Walmart use to carry it but their prices are really high now. This is baking powder that you get what you pay for. I'm surprised more people who need to have their sodium intake reduced don't even know about Rumford reduced sodium baking powder. This is all we use. Thank you seller!

Very necessary for a salt free/reduced diet. I don't bake much, but when I do, I can't do without it.
