Costume looks as depcited and runs small. very short dress as expeted just wore leggings under it. overall was happy

Groovy Chick Costume
The costume was an XL but was really more of a Medium size and was extremely tight. The print was nice but the head band was nothing more than just spare material cut thin and long. The neck was also way too tight.
