This is the best pan we've bought in years and it cleans with ease

This is a good looking frying pan, & it is completely non-stick - I don't remember my old Teflon pan ever being so non-stick. The handle is a 'natural' when handling the pan, & unlike other reviewers, I have have had no issue with it getting hot (although obviously it will if used in the oven). The pan is also a doddle to clean, both inside & out. The only issue which drops it to 4 star is that it is slightly domed in the centre, which means that oil forms a ring around the dome - not a problem when you move things about, but perhaps an issue when, for example, cooking a steak without oiling it first (which is what I always do anyway).

bought a saucepan by same maker and then added this. Really goood quaity and best of all sturdy handle which will not come loose.

Excellent pan, the best I have had, nothing sticks, it cooks evenly and is easy to clean. It even looks very smart, what more do you need?

Solid frying pan with a good depth. Ideal for frittatas.

Excellent weight and pleasing to look at and effective non stick . Shame it has to be hand washed - could do with a lid
