Dyson Air Multiplier AM06 Table Fan, 10 Inches - Black/Iron

I initially balked at spending almost $300 on a fan, but my daughter had gotten one of these Dyson table fans when she was working at home and loves it. I am very happy I bought it, and I think over time the high price will be offset by not having to turn on our air conditioner as often. The fan has a very low setting, so I can turn it on while I'm working on my laptop and it sends a pleasant cool breeze wafting in my direction but does not blow all my papers around. It's very quiet even when I put it on the rotate setting. The fan also just looks good in my office and has a very elegant design. The only drawback is that if it's not on the rotate setting, it's easy to miss that it's on -- you can tell by the little number that appears on the bottom of the fan to show what setting it's on but it's not very noticeable. I've gotten in the habit of turning it off every time I leave the room, just so I don't leave it on for days on end. Other than that very minor feature, this fan is amazing, and I highly recommend it! I just bought one for my mother and she is really enjoying it too.

The unit works & looks great. Very good air flow and quiet. The remote control is easy to use and provides all the functions needed including setting running time. Very satisfied with its performance. It helps keep our recreation room comfortable even in the Texas heat.

Everything about this fan is superb. It is virtually silent, the directional and speed are easy to adjust, it comfortably keeps a 20 X18 room breezy and cool. I initially got it because I wanted to put it on a windowsill and I have a cat who likes to sit there. was afraid of anything with blades. The design is also elegantly understated. Yes, it is expensive as fans go. It is worth it.

On time and as advertised

Design is great. Silent and strong. However, at level 7 there is a high pitched whistle. I think it is overpriced. Shouldn't be over $300.

Sort of expensive, but a very powerful, and quiet air mover. It swivels and tilts, seems well built. Exactly as advertised. Very quiet.

So far so good! Bought this item open box, no regrets! Did not come with a remote so that was a little disappointing but I did not read the description first so it’s probably my own fault. I was just too excited to order this item at such a great price! 10 setting is more than enough for a bed fan as I will be using it, and after playing around with it If you hold the power button you can turn the intensity up and down. Overall I’m impressed, I have sinus issues and a dusty bedroom and my old fans used to needed to be cleaned at least weekly (and honestly who has time for that?!) so this was a great solution to help my sinuses and keep air flowing and clean! Came a little dusty (ironically) and had a small scratch but nothing major.

This is an excellent quality product both aesthetically and functionally. Quiet efficient gets the job done. Has met every expectation.
