No, I'd say it runs a little bigger. At the jewelry store, they usually estimate my size 4.5 but a size 5 of this ring fits right.

I think so. I can't remember if there is a size chart on this particular ring, but several of the available rings on Amazon have instructions on how to measure your finger with a piece of string. That's how I knew which size would work for me.
