My led strips have two types of cut lines. 1st is the copper flat contacts that's shown. The 2nd is a solder dots. Will these work with solder dots?

You can use either clip connectors that feed wire and end of strip or solder them to the strip where copper ends are 22 Awg Minimum

Will these work with 26 awg wire?

I wouldn’t go anything smaller then 22 awg for 12v Hope this helps

Will these work with silicon covered outdoor strip lights?
