the best you can buy!
my daughter and I suffer from severely dry and chapped hands. Nothing works. We use petroleum jelly and so many creams, ointments, etc. But this does wonders. Buy it. It really works! Well worth the money spent.

Best product
I love this neutrogena hand cream. It has a concentrated texture that even a little bit is quite effective. And it can be used anywhere for chapped skin- lips , elbows , knees..works for all. Because it needs only a dab, it lasts quite a bit so makes it value for money for me.
